This policy explains how Wild Rose Wine & Daiquiri Bar ("Wild Rose," "we," "us") collects and uses information when you visit our website, submit an event inquiry, book an event or communicate with us by email or text message.

How we use your information

To respond to inquiries, schedule viewings and plan your event.
To send quotes, agreements, invoices, receipts, reminders and booking updates.
To provide customer service and keep records of our business.

Text messages (SMS)

Text messages are optional. When you submit the booking form you may tick a box agreeing to receive text messages about your inquiry, viewing appointments and booking; we only send you texts if you tick it. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and leaving the box unchecked does not affect your inquiry.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (such as payment processing, email and text message delivery, and website hosting), and only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep booking and payment records as long as needed for our business and legal obligations.
