These terms apply to your use of the Wild Rose Wine & Daiquiri Bar website and our event inquiry and booking services. By using the site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms.

Inquiries and quotes

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and may change after it expires.

Bookings, agreements and deposits

An event is confirmed only after you accept the quote, sign the booking agreement and pay the required deposit. The deposit is due within 24 hours of signing the agreement; if it is not received, the date may be released. The signed booking agreement governs your event, including payments, cancellations, changes and venue rules. If these terms and your booking agreement conflict, the agreement controls.

Payments

Payments are made through PayPal (PayPal account or card). Remaining balances are due as stated on your invoice and agreement.

Text messaging program

Program: Wild Rose event inquiry and booking updates, viewing and event reminders, and customer service replies.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one confirmation text. Reply START to resume.
Reply HELP for help, or call 561-941-9008.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Content and images on this site belong to Wild Rose and may not be copied without permission. Menu items, prices and availability may change without notice.

Alcohol

Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and older with valid identification, in accordance with Florida law.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Wild Rose is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
